What are your hours?
Our phone support hours are Monday through Friday 9:30am to 6pm. Our online store is always open, and any questions can always be sent to us via email at email@example.com
What is your return process?
Every return we process requires a return authorization number - if you'd like to return or an exchange an item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and the reason for the return or exchange.
What if an item arrives damaged or defective?
In the event your order arrives to you defective or damaged, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible! Send us an email at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your order with your name, order number, and pictures of the damage (if possible) - we'll take care to get the issue resolved for you as quickly as possible.
Please note that in sending replacements for defective items or orders damaged in transit we are not able to offer upgraded express or priority shipping options.
At what point can I cancel my order?
Order cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed, but we will make every attempt to accomodate your request. The order must still be on-site in our warehouse to process an order cancellation.
Once an order is in transit Consiglio's cannot cancel the order as it is with the courier. Please note if you choose to have the parcel returned to sender "RTS" you will be refunded less the actual shipping costs (to and from). If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost Consiglio's encountered to ship the parcel will be deducted from your return in addition to the return shipping cost.
Do you ship for free?
Yes we do! We offer free shipping on orders over $69.99 to most locations in the continental United States! Check out our full free-shipping policies in the United States for more information.
Where can I find my tracking number/ I did not receive a tracking number?
Tracking numbers are automatically sent out to the email address associated with your order once your order ships outs - however, these emails can sometimes be filtered into Junk or Spam folders so please be sure to check thoroughly for them. Still can't find your tracking number? Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org your order number, and we'll be happy to look it up for you!
Incorrect address entry on order
Consiglio's is not responsible for parcels delivered to addresses if the address was entered incorrectly, or was incomplete during the checkout process. Always ensure you include your full address during check out including buzzer code, gate code, unit numbers, etc.
Are your packaging filler biodegradable and environmentally safe?
Yes! Our packaging peanuts (packaging filler) is 100% biodegradable and organic, you can dissolve in water, dispose in compost or simply throw them away. Our packaging peanuts are the least environmentally harmful packaging product available!
Sold out products / order cancellations
Consiglio's reserves the right to cancel any order including those that are sold out. All orders will be confirmed prior to shipment.
Where do I enter the discount code during checkout?
Under the Payment and Other Information portion of the checkout process there will be a space to enter a discount code or gift certificate code and apply it to your order - this part of the process is found after you enter your billing and shipping information.
I'm receiving an error when I enter my payment information!
If you are receiving an error when entering your payment card information, you will need to call the number located on the back of your card - a representative with your payment card company will be able to assist you.
As we strive for accuracy, Consiglio's reserves the right to cancel and refund a purchase, without further notice in the event of incorrect pricing.
Can I change my payment method after the order has been placed, shipped out/received?
No, there is no way to change the payment method once an order has been placed, shipped out, or received/delivered.
