30 Day Return Policy
Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order on our website you are agreeing to the terms of our return policy. Consiglio's does not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.
Consiglio's offers a 30 day return policy on new and unused products. Please note Consiglio's does not cover return shipping costs or provide prepaid return shipping labels. Products must be new and unused with all original packaging otherwise a restocking fee will apply. You have 30 days after purchase date with the appropriate return authorization # that we will provide you with. Return authorization numbers expire 14 days after they are provided. Open box, lightly used, and used equipment are final sale and are not applicable for our 30 day return policy. Please note Consiglio's does not cover return shipping costs, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning an order.
Please Note - If you believe your product is defective you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your product. Consiglio's reserves the right to request e-mailed picture of the damage in question to proceed with the return. In the event a product arrives with cosmetic or easily reparable damage, we reserve the right to reconcile the issue by shipping out replacement parts for the product's repair. Replacement parts or parts for repairs are ordered specifically for a product and are not eligible for our 30 day return policy. Any tampering self servicing or technical work along with adding or removing components from any product will void warranty.
Consiglio's is not responsible for spoiled foods/vegetables due to shipping delays or errors in shipment for our canning equipment. Although we strive to ship as quickly as possible we always recommend ordering well in advance for time sensitive food processing.
Email email@example.com for return approval. We cannot issue a return without first issuing approval. Products sent to Consiglioskitchenware.com without proper RA will not be accepted and be sent back to the sender. Products must be sent back with regular postage only. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are improperly sent or that do not follow the return instructions provided. Please allow 5 days upon delivery before inquiring about returns. As we strive for accuracy in type and print we reserve the right to refuse sale of goods if an error occurs.
Any personal hygiene products are not available for returns, they are final sale.
If your order did not qualify for free shipping, and you paid a shipping fee, the shipping fee is non-refundable.
Important-Products returned must be in brand new condition with all original packaging & contents. Our shippers inspect all our products before shipping. If these requirements are not met a restocking fee may be applied.
Products with manufacturers warranty will require in some cases a warranty card within the product package to be filled out. Following the specified instructions on the return card you may have to send in the information to register your product after purchase. All manufacturers defects or warranty claims will be looked after by the manufacturer. Other products will have to be sent to us with RA # and inspected by our product technicians to determine whether a manufacturer’s defect is the issue. (Please Note - Parts and labor costs are covered under warranty).
We are not responsible for associated shipping costs for returns/exchanges/warranty or to ship replacement parts.
Consiglio's kitchenware is not responsible for stolen packages. When an order is delivered we highly recommend retrieving your shipment immediately to avoid theft. When placing an order you will be provided the option to have delivery confirmation emailed to you or sent by text message. Once an order is delivered you will receive confirmation of delivery, we recommend collecting your shipment immediately from places such as concierge or front door. In the event of theft you should file a police report.
Incorrect address entry on order:
Consiglio's is not responsible for parcels delivered to addresses if the address was entered incorrectly, or was incomplete during the checkout process. Always ensure you include your full address during check out including buzzer code, gate code, unit numbers, etc.
