The OMAC 33 cm Italian Stainless Steel Food Mill Passatutto is a practical tool that will be put to good use in your kitchen.
Traditionally used to prepare tomato sauce puree by placing parboiled tomatoes in the bowl with your choice of 3 disc sizes (1.5mm, 2.5mm, 5mm) for a smooth, medium or courser sauce.
Today the food mill is used to grind and mash other foods such as potatoes, carrots, squash, legumes, and soups to name a few.
