Metal Finish 

The Marcato Otello is made from chromed aluminum including and PVD which is a physical vapour deposition treatment, a process which hardens the surface providing the lustrous and brilliant shine seen on the Otello. 

Wood Finish 

This Marcato Otello's base is made from solid Ash wood, hard and sturdy providing a solid foundation for the Marcato Otello pasta maker. The Handle of the pasta maker is also wooden, using Ash wood vs. traditional plastic on other home use pasta makers. 

Operation

With the solid alloy cutting rollers Marcato Otello is the smoothest and most precise cutting pasta maker in the market. Marcato products do not use Nickel rollers or cutters which can be unhealthy and toxic.
