Fabio Leonardi's MR2 is ideal for home or light professional use. This is Fabio's lightest duty model offering a 1/3 HP 250 W motor and the SP2 front attachment. Fabio Leonardi differentiates it's models by motor power and size of front neck and auger (Tomato milling attachment). The motor is indicated by the MR2 and the front mechanism is called SP2.

We offer Fabio Leonardi’s Premium machines which include 18/10 stainless steel hoppers & cast iron parts. The cast iron is Niploy coated, which is a food safe and corrosion free resin. Other light coating options on the market tend to chip or rust over time, which needless to say, can be detrimental to the longevity of the machine but more importantly to your health.

Machine Care & Maintenance

Never run your machine dry. Always be sure to have (par boiled) tomatoes in the hopper before turning the unit on to insure the auger and screen have adequate lubrication. After each use disassemble the machine parts and wash them thoroughly with water and a mild non corrosive detergent . Once all parts are clean, dry any remaining moisture from all parts. Lastly, rub 2-3 drops of vegetable oil/mineral oil on auger. Refer to the instruction manual for further cleaning and maint
