Product Overview

The lava stone will absorb the humidity from the pizza paste and cook it evenly. This lava stone is also suitable to cook any type of meat, fish or vegetable. Ideal heat sources are stovetop hobs or on top of your barbecue grill. Once removed from the heating source it will keep its temperature for at least 20-25 minutes.

    Insert the lava stone in the oven while still off. Once reached the right temperature (200-250 C / 392-482 F degrees) place the pizza on the stone with the help of the peel. As in the real pizzeria ovens the lava stone will absorb the humidity from the pizza dough and cook it evenly. Refer to box for full instructions*
