The New OMRA electric tomato machine is designed for making fresh batches of tomato sauce or other vegetable canning. This unit features a covered motor for easy cleaning and can be used directly on your kitchen counter. Compact yet powerful this tomato squeezer will separate skins & seeds leaving you with a smooth flavourful tomato sauce or vegetable/fruit jam or puree. Made in Italy by Imperia with a full manufacturer's warranty!

Machine Care & Maintenance

Never run your machine dry. Always be sure to have (par boiled) tomatoes in the hopper before turning the unit on to insure the auger and screen have adequate lubrication. After each use disassemble the machine parts and hand wash them thoroughly with water and a mild non corrosive detergent . Once all parts are clean, dry any remaining moisture from all parts. Lastly, rub 2-3 drops of vegetable oil/mineral oil on the screen. Store in a dry place.
