Instructions for Use

Move over some of the wheels and detach the central rod from the handle. Set the wheels to the desired position. Place the pasta bike on the dough sheet, then while pressing, roll it forward to make the strips of pasta (lasagnette, pappardelle, chiacchere, etc.). Page 4 in manual.

How to Make Tortellini with the Pasta Bike

After making squares of pasta in the desired size, place the filling in the centre of each square and fold it into a triangle. Press the edges of each triangle with your fingers to seal it. Holding the triangle with both hands, shape it into a ring by lifting the edge to form a rim all around the tortellino. Join the two ends together and press to make them stick. With the Pasta Bike, one can make many delicious varieties of pasta. Page 4 in manual.
