The base and knobs of the handle are made with Wengè solid wood. They give it a vintage look, whilst retaining the typical stability and strength Marcato products. The wood is treated with natural oil to increase resistance and durability over time.

With the solid alloy cutting rollers Marcato Otello is the smoothest and most precise cutting pasta maker in the market. Marcato products do not use Nickel rollers or cutters which can be unhealthy and toxic.

Made as one whole piece, no additional attachments can be used on the machine.

The structure of Othello is made of anodized aluminium. The Champagne colour is obtained through an anodic oxidation process: to do not release any residue.

Clamp will accept up to 2.25" table thickness.

The surfaces of Otello can easily be cleaned with a cloth and maintenance is simplified by the presence of removable polymeric resin combs. Otello is not dishwasher safe!
