The unit is made of hardened food grade die cast steel with 2 stainless steel grinding discs a stainless knife and sausage filling tube with wooden pusher. Made in Italy by Imperia with a full manufacturers warranty.    Please Note : OMRA Italy now makes the attachment for the Imperia Tomato Machine and Spremi Tomato machine.
