1 HP, asynchronous motor with condenser, forward reverse on/off switch, anti-corrosive and easy to clean, permanently lubricated main drive gear, covered stainless steel style motor for fast cool down.

Fabio Leonardi's MR9 direct drive motor has a production capability of approximately 700 - 900 lbs per hour / 12-20 bushels. The powerful 750 W motor does 120 revolutions per minute.

18/10 stainless steel / 1mm perforated screen.

The MR9 can attach to the TC22 or TC32 meat grinding attachment to turn this unit into a meat grinding machine.

We offer Fabio Leonardi’s Premium machines which include 18/10 stainless steel hoppers & cast iron parts. The cast iron is Niploy coated, which is a food safe and corrosion free resin. Other light coating options on the market tend to chip or rust over time, which needless to say, can be detrimental to the longevity of the machine but more importantly to your health.

Never run your machine dry. Always be sure to have (par boiled or raw) tomatoes in the hopper before turning the unit on to insure the auger and screen have adequate lubrication. After each use disassemble the machine parts and wash them thoroughly with water and a mild non corrosive detergent . Once all parts are clean, dry any remaining moisture from all parts. Lastly, rub 2-3 drops of vegetable oil/mineral oil on auger. Refer to the instruction manual for further cleaning and maintenance.
