Brewing Size 9 Cup to 6 Cup with Reducer

9 cup to 6 cup brewing with the reducer. Simply flip the reducer upside down in the funnel, add your ground espresso and place water to the '0' mark below the valve.

18 oz or 532 ml. 2 oz per cup approx.

Heavy Duty Stainless Steel

Giannina has been considered the best espresso maker by millions of consumers and is made of heavy duty stainless steel. The boiler and reduction filter are made with AISI 430 stainless steel and the rest of the stovetop is made with AISI 304 stainless steel. This combination of stainless steel allows the stovetop to be induction ready.

Locking System

Gianinna has a patented fastening system obtained in 1968 where the handle locks onto the base/boiler of the stovetop. This creates a tight seal that yields faster production and brewing.
