The coal grate is positioned inside the grill and has a perforated structure that allows the air to rise upwards inside the grill, while the ash remains in the lower chamber.

Placed on the opposite side of the battery operated mechanism, it is helpful to keep the skewers centered for perfect rotation.

The battery run rotating mechanism ensures uniform cooking as each skewer rotates.

The grill is the container that holds the coals, the 11.5 cm / 4.5" cooking width is ideal for arrosticini. While the high quality stainless steel is an excellent source for even heat distribution.
