Niploy is a food-grade cast iron coating that is built right through the steel, neck, auger and components. Niploy will last long and provides chip, rust and tarnish resistance.

Included with this squeezer are the 18/10 stainless steel hopper, sauce tray, crank handle, and pusher/pestle. This milling machine clamps to tabletop surfaces with approx. 4.5cm/1.77" of clamp space. Please note: Fabio SP5 Manual Squeezers do not include the rubber table clamp guard as listed in the manual. This does not affect usability of product.

We offer Fabio Leonardi’s Premium machines which include 18/10 stainless steel hoppers & cast iron parts. The cast iron is Niploy coated, which is a food safe and corrosion free resin. Other light coating options on the market tend to chip or rust over time, which needless to say, can be detrimental to the longevity of the machine but more importantly to your health.

Never run your machine dry. Always be sure to have (par boiled) tomatoes in the hopper before turning the handle to ensure the auger and screen have adequate lubrication. After each use disassemble the machine parts and wash them thoroughly with water and a mild non corrosive detergent . Once all parts are clean, dry any remaining moisture from all parts. Lastly, rub 2-3 drops of vegetable oil/mineral oil on auger. Refer to the instruction manual for further cleaning and maintenance information.
